Any Good Threads on Replacing Hub Bearings? '07 Grand Prix

Like the title says,

I recently ordered a bunch of replacement parts for my 07' Grand Prix
and when everything arrived, I was super excited to get everything installed. So, me
and a friend got to work on the front-end. We got down to the hub bearing and just couldn't
get it off the bolts were so awkward to get to seeing that they were stuffed around the CV. No matter
what we did we couldn't get a solid grip on the bolts.

Any ideas or guides out there for this?
Have you replaced the hub bearings before?

Need some info! Any info would help a ton!

It's pretty straight forward, just need an extension and a socket to get the 3 bolts off, turning the wheel will give you more room to work with on the lower bolts

pop the tie rod end out, will let the knuckle move more freely for ya.

God no.. worst idea ever.

Grab a shallow 1/2" socket and a wobble extension. Now pull out a ratchet with some length and your muscle. You'll have it in no time. I've written so many how to's with the basis that it's the easiest way possible. Pulling the tie rod will not give you any addition access because the cv is in the hub either way. all it's going to do is give a guy w/o airtool the hardest battle of their life.

I turn the wheel to full lock, remove 1 or 2 of the bolts, then turn the other way to full lock and remove the rest. By doing it this way, you don't need any wobble extensions, just a straight 6-8" one. I found even with wobble's and an impact it was a biatch.

And if you can't remove the axle nut, use the spare tire as seen in the first part of my write-up.....
