i been wanting to do for a wile make a base model 2dr as GM never did for the LOLZ.

so been cruising CL for a wile looking for a good rust free candidate found this car seller said the underside and towers where clean and mint so had a buddy who was much closer to the Indiana border then me go and pick it up.

now i said i was looking for a rust free car seller said ti was a rust free car i was also originally only suppose to get the shell for 500. as you can see it is more then just shell that is because.... surprise the dude lied and it's not a rust free shell....

now it came with a L67 from a bonnie SSEI (notice the coil bracket) not sure if it runs or is in good shape as the guy was running it off of the GT computer it ran enough though to nuke the 4t65

will be an interesting project as the dirty turbo part of it is me and my friend are literally going to use throw a way junk we both have to build a turbo 3800 using a powerstroke 7.3L turbo and engine that had a knock and using an engine that milkshaked it self for parts. and couple that to a trans that had no overdrive LOL

the spare L36 with a rod knock and 3 speed 4t65. also am getting a 04 4t65

any way here is the turbo it;s a garrett GTP38 from a 97 powerstroke same model roadkill used on the rotsun. also yes the GTP38 is going to be put a a GTP 3.8

now i am also going to implement an idea that will probably fail but something i wanted to try and i will have the parts. using L67 heads and L36 intake and run 12 stock injectors. proably will just fry the injector drivers in the PCM but meh i can get a new one for 10 bucks

yes that is a quarter panel antenna car is pretty oddly optioned

it is a GT has a DIC, auto HVAC, Had BOSE (has aftermarket speakers now) manual lumbar and heated seats

but no HUD. the lack of HUD confuses me

Wish I could find a rear bumper in that good of condition here. I found a pretty mint front bumper for 45 at the yard. Black cars tend to get sun fade bad on the rear bumpers.
 
they both sold pretty quick

besides the rocker rot and the very top of the towers the car is clean. has some of the best factory black paint if have seen not faded or clear coated pealing
 
extracted the rod knock N/A engine this will be the base for the actual final engine that will be in the care

also got the trans out that has no overdrive that i will be using as i get the turbo set up worked out

oh and a bunch of spare parts. it is the trunk that keeps on giving LOL
