I'm looking for some constructive criticism on my video! It's my absolute dream to make a career out of automotive reviews. This is my humble first step.

I have unrestricted access to a racetrack & solid car knowledge. In addition to feedback on the video, i'm trying to figure out how i can get my hands on some awesome cars.

In the next vid:
-Sound will be improved.
-Lighting will be improved.
-Will be using a camera with image stabilization.
-Will be able to rip on the car a bit ( this was my own, and had to drive it 2.5 hours home after i was done.)

Solid first attempt, True Dat on oil consumption, coolant slowly disappears too. Lose the "short bus" reference... you're going to offend people with special needs kids in their lives. Struts are gas charged, not gas powered. And ,no offense, but you look a lot like cousin Ira from "Mad About You".... and the Wolverine beard isn't helping either. Try to keep camerapersons shadow out of your shots. On screen graphics would be cool. Burnouts are a must ! :burnrubber0:That said....too much ? You asked....E.

Thanks for the feedback! There is definitely a fine line between entertaining/funny & offensive that i'm trying to figure out. Good catch on the struts!

The beard is Tony Stark (iron Man) inspired, It sort of started as a joke but people liked it (or pretended to lol).

I really wanted to rip on the car harder, but since it is mine and i had to drive so far to get home i was a bit more gentle. Hopefully once this picks up i can get a press car from manufacturers. Then i'd really be able to put it to the test!
 
What's your screen moniker going to be ? Viewer doesn't even know your name. Start with "Hi, I'm (your name here) the (???review guru moniker???) and this week/month we're going to get to know this (Year/Make/Model), so (???buckle up???) with me and(???let's light this candle???).... just a thought....E.
 
The name of the show is going to be The Feel of Fast, i don't think i'm going to say my name at the beginning. It may sound too much like "Hi, Billy Mays here!!" Hopefully people will just get to know who i am. My name is Jerry btw!

I don't mind the mustache/beard, but I would recommend getting a haircut. I wouldn't say that the 4 speed transmission makes the car miss out some some mpg's because with the same transmission but a different engine you can get 30+ mpg. You can also get the transmission to really wake up by putting it in tap shift mode, 2nd gear will take you all the way to 100 mph. I won't argue about the oil consumption because I just had to add about 2 quarts to mine after driving 100 miles per day for about 2 weeks. DOD/AFR has now been disabled and the oil consumption has stopped.

I didn't mind the short bus reference, but I understand the reasoning behind not saying stuff like that, and I even drive the short bus for the school district here.
