Are zzp and wbody store gmpp rear sway bar actually gmpp?

It seems everyone says the rear gmpp sway bar is 19mm on here, gm parts direct also says it's 19mm. Zzp and wbody store supposedly sell the gmpp bar but they say it's 18? So is it actually 18 or are zzp and wbody store false advertising again? Thanks

I just installed the rear ZZP sway bar. It is not the same bar as the GMPP from what I've seen of it. The ZZP is red, has 2 holes where the end links mount, measures 18.3 mm & comes with rubber bushings.

Zzp has their own rear bar which is what your talking about but they also sell the gmpp bar which is what I'm talking about

Oh I thought that was your question. The sway bar thread here says the GMPP bar is 19mm solid. I would tend to trust these guys over the info on ZZP's site. Notice that ZZP doesn't advertise the specs of their own sway bar. They only say, "this is the next step stiffer bar than the GMPP rear." Based on size alone, that doesn't appear to be the case.

Every other site says 19mm, except zzp and wbody, so I think it's safe to assume they are wrong. Part number 12498642

When i put the GMPP rear in, it looked the same as the stock one, just solid instead of hollow. 1mm wouldn't be very noticeable though

Right i saw that and just thought to myself if you were going through all the trouble to make a bar why not make one like the addco bar that everyone loves and things is the best. Instead all you did was take a gmpp bar and paint it lol

They must have been confusing a lot of buyers because they teamed up now.

ZZP = WBody
