I can't ad a car to my garage?!

I'm trying to use the my vehicles tab in my profile but I keep getting this message. Does anyone know how many post before I can add my vehicle?

It doesn't work, don't worry about. Nobody really uses it anyway.

Just make a members ride thread in that section if you want to show your vehicle and the progress you have made to it.

Thanks for that I was going crazy, and I had seen those random garage pics, I think its a cool feature of the forum.
