Salvage Yards: Best Place Ever.

I go to a lot of salvage yards in my area and I've literally upgraded almost all of the interior on my 07' GP, it looks amazing. I think the coolest thing I've come across in a salvage yard was a GXP de-badged. Anyone else have any great finds while in salvage yards?

I pulled all the chrome rings and moldings needed to install them in my 05 Comp G from an 06 GT. And all 4 brushed chrome door moldings.

Cost me only $15 dollars!

Hell yeah ! Torque stars ( excellent condition) dirt cheap; rear bumper; front drivers seat; tires with plenty of tread; whole sunroof; sensors- MAF; Theft deterrent modules; whole carpet; window regulators and so on and so on. I can jot down quite a bit more stuff. I'm a salvage yard junkie.

There is no such thing as an 06 GT2. 06 GT was supercharged and I believe the GT2 nomenclature was only used in 04. 06-08 NA 3800 Grand Prixs were simply just called Grand Prix with either no nomenclature following or just called a base.

Oh my bad. Guess I assumed that's what it was. Either way it was a nice little score for my car.

Not a single S/C anything at the 3 of mine. Regal/GTP? NADA. A few Regal LS, Grand Prix SE/GT, Impalas, etc.

Gotta trip over a few hundred million civic/accord to get to them though.
