Will 06+ Impala calipers / brakes fit on my 2000 GT with Mustang rims?

Hello,

I just put on the 5 spoke funnel rims from a 2005+ Mustang GT to my 2000 GT. Love the look and fit is great. BUT wow, the caliper is so tucked behind the rim. They are the factory/stock calipers and brakes but I've been meaning to go fetch me some Impala Calipers the next pick a part/junk yard run I go for. Anyone running these rims and Impala brakes?

I don't have a pic of my own, but wow, google is my friend - here is exactly what my car looks like, except a black 4 door GT sitting on DNA springs.

Yell, it's fit just fine. I have 99-04 Bullits on my 00GTP with 06+ Impala brakes, in my sig if you can see it.
 


Nice. Thanks for the feed back. I was looking closer and it seems the bracket just clears. I'd imagine if the Impala bracket is equally as tight, it should be good. I'll try and grab a pic - but sounds like I have nothing to worry about.
