Just get injectors and convert it to E85. Much easier. Better results. I ran a 3.2" on a GenV (which is like a 3.0"~ or so on a GenIII) with a 3" downpipe, 42lb injectors, and was tuned via HPT and a wideband...otherwise stock.
Enable settings are up to the end user, pretty much a personal preference for what throttle percentage you want it at.
E85 can be leaner if you want, figure 11.5-12.0 with that fuel should be plenty safe.
With my mods in my sig, I am slowly but surely dropping down in pulley size (currently at a 3.2, but working my way back to a 3.0). Curious what your AFR tables were set at on the 3.0/E85 setup with that few of mods? Any suggestions for WOT AFR, PE enable settings, etc.? Sounds like you had it pretty well dialed in. Thx!
Looks like you added some weld material. Smart. I ported my front manifold years ago and it cracked the manifold after a few months of use. I now use a PLOG and have had no problems.
