Steer Control Harness

Im looking for a wire harness without onstar to install my aftermarket radio to keep the steer wheel control but I will install the radio without it.

From what year dust though automobile hail? I am assuming 97-03?

It for a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix base model without on star

Either of those should work, just get the one that works with your aftermarket head unit.
Idk if you have searched but this was the first harness adapter I found that says it works with a 2006 base, http://www.amazon.com/Metra-LC-GMRC-01-Class-Data-Interface/dp/B001XOBU4C you will still need the antenea adapter and the steering wheel control adapter.

This is what I used in my 06 Grand Prix and had no problems.

From the sounds of things he has a base model gp, so no bells and whistles, so he has no need for the GMOS-01.
