Bar/Plate is what you want. Looks like both are bar/plate although smaller in size the thickness plays a big role. (That's what she said....zing!!)
 
Tube and fin is like a regular regulator, Bar and plate are typically thicker and have fins on the inside of the tube as well to aid in heat transfer, therefore they are more efficient at removing heat.

I got mine at frozen boost, 2.5" piping, I use a z7 piping kit and modified it a little to fit right. I also had to trim my drivers fog light housing a bit at the top.

Taking the supercharger off and putting the N/A upper and lower intake manifold on has been a pain in my butt. To begin, I tapped and plugged the injector holes on the L36 lower intake. When I installed the manifolds, the L67 fuel rails would not clear the upper manifold, and the injector's would not make a vacuum seal in the injector bungs. Therefore, I extended the fuel rails with some 300-psi fuel injector line and a couple fuel injector hose clamps. I thought by extending the rails I would have got the angle I needed for the injectors to seal in the bungs on the heads. I am sure the L36 lower manifold is covering the injector bungs in the heads too much for the injector's to seal, so I am thinking I need to take them off and do some grinding on the lower manifold for more clearance.

Therefore, before I make any more purchases for turbo parts, I need to get this problem resolved.
 


I've seen it before. Twice. on some applications the injectors have multiple grooves. I have seen people put them in the wrong groove and the cylinder head o ring is approximately 1 o ring thickness too far out of the cylinder head.
It's something to check.
 
That would probably cause a fuel leak.....well, definitely a fuel leak.

it didn't actually leak, I haven't put the clips back on yet, and have had the car running a few times. I've olny driven it around the block though, and do plan on putting the clips back on very soon.

the fuel injector groove on the bottom only has one location for an o ring. let me see if I can find a picture to illustrate what's going on.
