just bought off of ebay for 99.99 owner said it was off a 96 bonaville and would work on a grand prix. I have a 97 gtp. Just wanted a backup, and something to polish :) Did I do good? if not please explain.....I need all the help I can get

Pics don't work but if memory serves it is an L67 :P So you got a Gen3 Eaton M90 for 100$ I would pay that to have one to horse around with haha
 
I believe that is a Series 1 M62 Supercharger you got there. That would not be compatible with a Series 2 1997 engine.

Not that I know of. If you could get us a working picture, that's all we need. Use the "manage attachments" buttons on the page where you make a post.

Well I couldn't get the pics to work so I just made a guess at which it was :P But I don't think 96 was offered in a Series1 only the series2 correct me if I am wrong :P

Assuming the parts were really out of a 96. That's an assumption that the guy he bought it from knew what he was talking about. A picture is ideal. The M62 and M90 look quite different.

Here, to help the OP, this is what a M90 looks like. If this isn't what yours looks like, you have a M62.
