2005 Comp G Acceleration Hesitation Then Jolts Forward

My 2005 Comp G hesitates to accelerate when I floor down the pedal or give it good pressure. Then it will all of a sudden jolt like its catching/slipping gears. Does it on free way from 60-70 and around 20-40 mph.

When I have my cruise set I can hold the 'Accelerate' on the Cruise Controls and it will accelerate just fine.

MAF?

Was reading some things about the TCC or a PCM Upgrade?

Clean your maf and throttle body. See if that fixes it

Cleaned MAF and TB thoroughly. Air filter is new. Seafoamed the fuel system. Same problem persists.

When I floor it on freeway hesitates for 1-2 seconds then suddenly jolts forward. Feels like a very hard shift.

Does the same exact thing on city streets ranging from 30-50 mph. Theres always a short delay unless I feather the throttle.

Occasionally from a stand still to 2nd gear it won't shift until 3000-3500 rpm.

Recently dropped the pan and filter. Could I have added too much fluid? Fluid level:





 
Just replaced both front hub assemblies. FR threw a code again after replacing but goes away. Shows up maybe once a month or more, but resets when I turn the car off and goes away.

P0300, but no CEL. Erased all codes hasn't came back for awhile.

So no codes at the moment.
