Long story short, aunt owns house rents to us, aunt puts us in bad situation, complain, aunt kicks us out.

I don't know the situation, but if it's something that you didn't cause then I'd just get the hell out and not look back. Let someone else deal with the BS. This is the reason that I will never let family live with me, nor will I EVER sell/give a car to a family member. Too much drama when something goes sideways, and it usually will sooner or later.

Hopefully you have a plan B for a place to stay.

looking at a farm house with a two bay garage.

Sounds like a good place to start. And a 2 bay to boot. Just don't end up "house-poor" over it.

Hah, a bunch of people tried talking my cousin and her new husband out of buying a house recently. They are both young (early 20's), but make decent money as far as that goes. They insisted on buying a house around the 250k mark, when there was plenty other stuff on the market for half that, that would have suited them just fine. They stuck their noses up to the advice being thrown their way, and now they are regretting it.

The rent is getting split 4 ways, so its not that much per person, its an old farm house with a couple of acres. It needs a good bit of work, so my brother is going to offer to do some of it in place of a security deposit.

Do they also lease expensive cars and have tons of toys.. people that think money is endless crack me up.

To top everything off, my Mothers boss called her a stupid B****, so she told her off and quit. WOOO adversity.

Welp that was smart... No unemployment for her! Hopefully everything works itself out.

Well, She has come home crying several times from this job. Bright side is she can devote plenty of time to the move

My cousin wanted to give me 5k for my gp, because it had 52k miles at the time, i told him that sooner or later, it will need work. I kept it, and now at 70k ive done tons of work to it, and he would of been pissed at me for stuff going wrong with the car.
