Recently went to a 3.5 zzp module system pulley and new gatorback 660 belt. Started getting a chirping sound from the pulley belt area.. Belt looked pretty worn after only a couple of days. Is the belt too tight? too loose? or do i have a bad tensioner? Pulley installed wrong?

650 - GTP/GS/SS supercharged with 2.8 - 3.1" pulley (65 1/2")

Where do you have the belt riding on the pulley? Mine chirped whenever it wasn't centered on the pulley (one rib extra on each side).

for whatever reason mine started when I put a new belt on and removed the a/c compressor. now that I have since replaced the compressor it has since stopped.

I went up a pulley size from a 3.4 to a 3.6 with a 660 and started getting a chirp, then a squeal several days later. It was the tensioner pulley.
