If I broke out like you did, I would spray the whole yard with roundup and let it all die. Then pea gravel everything over top of several layers of fabric. Grass is highly overrated anyways.
 
Lol, yea, I thought about it. I could just pave the entire yard and be done with it, but the cost to grade/pave an acre of yard might be a bit cost prohibitive, but would make one heck of a parking lot/activity area.

Hell, I can't even afford to have the existing 3-car wide driveway repaved yet.
 
LOL, I had talked to my landlord about increasing the size of my driveway, and he was like "Do whatever. It's less to mow." LOL

I've always said if I ever hit the lotto and built my own house my entire lawn would be done in that fake grass that homeowners in Arizona and the like use. It looks just like real grass, but never grows.
 
I know what you're talking about. I've seen that while I was out in Vegas. I don't know what I'd do without having to spend 3 hours every weekend mowing/trimming the grass. Probably take a nap for once :th_yawning:

ahh good old astro turf there is a brand that looks just like real grass it even has slightly brown grass as well

LOL, that's jacked up. true, but funny. And then there would be the issue of cleaning all the snow off too. F that. It's bad enough shoveling off the existing driveway. Although it would be fun to take the Vic out and do donuts in it :th_biggrin2:
 
Oh, something else I would have is a heated driveway. My buddy has the heated floor in his shop and it is amazing. It would be 100% awesome in the winter. Everyone is out shoveling or plowing their driveway, and mine would never get any accumulation on it. LOL
