Sorry for the late notice on this, but it took a little while to get enough people on w-body to say they could make it out on this date to make it official. This will be a Herrick Lake cookout meet. For those of you that attended the last one of 2014, you may recall we tried a different approach to that one. Instead of everyone bringing something off the checklist to contribute towards the cookout, I just purchased everything we needed, and everyone just brought $5 cash to chip in towards the total cost. People on w-body seemed to prefer that method, so we're going to give it another go. Details are below.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BEING AT THE MEET FOR CERTAIN, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP SO I CAN DETERMINE HOW MUCH FOOD I TO NEED TO BUY! Also, I'm paying for everything up front, so please remember to bring $5 to chip in towards food and supplies.

Description:
A gathering for all local w-body.com members, but the event is open to non-members/w-body owners as well. The event will consist of a meet and greet in the forest preserve parking lot, while we eat, drink and be merry. Please bring $5 to contribute towards the cost of food and supplies. I will provide all supplies for the cookout.

Yes. Rain or shine, we're still on for today. We're meeting in our usual spot at Herrick Lake regardless of weather, and if it's not cooperating, we'll decide what we're going to do from there. We have the option of cooking out anyway in one of the sheltered sections (we did that once before when it rained, and it was actually kind of fun), or caravaning over to a nearby restaurant to eat at.
 




Not too, not too bad just took my time and cleaned everything up when I was in there. First mod for sure is retrofitting these headlights so I can actually see something at night lol
