im reusing them from my old engine, they dont leak, and yup they are blue. but im sure i can paint a set of em yellow lol

Not sure if I'm liking the yellow... Hahaha I know it doesn't matter. But it is different and I do like that! Lolz... Will wait to see what else is done in engine compartment to complement the killer B look! Gotta get a yellow stripe in the crevice of those valve covers :D

the bay will be the same really. no time for flashy crap in there. its all black already tho. you know, black car.

nope black parts store cheap crap, like whats there already, this low budge rebuild is over $400 now.

diy head work still cost just over 100 bucks. hoist 145. all gaskets, bolts and fluids 220. paint 5 cans deep at 9 a can. endless brake cleaner, and a surface kit to remove gaskets, like another 15 bucks, then a degree wheel anther 10 bucks. new exhaust flex and v clamp set up theres another 40 clams.

And still no cam or "fun"' mods :(

Could always toss the hoist on Craigslist afterwards to recoup some $ but it'll be nice to have in the future unless of course storing it is a issue.

thats the plan resell it later on, im keeping the boxes. when apart and boxed up its not taking up much room at all. way less then folded up thats for sure.

i need to hold on to it long enough to make sure this engines gonna cut the mustard tho lol pulling a running engine has its advantages. aka fail safe lol

what ton of time? wire wheel block, cleaned the timing cover when it was off bolted the covers back on, prime and paint, done in like a hour. second coat the next day. silly rabbit.......

those valves needed the lapping. and the head work can only help me keep the 3.4 on it. never know, i may have to pulley up.
