I saw this TSB #, 050604058 for an intermittent chugging @ highway speeds etc. I notice it seems to only do this in OD, with the converter pretty much in the lock-up mode. I don't know what the TSB says, but has anyone else experienced this?
96 GP with 3.1 The fluid was flushed and changed. The trans place said there wasn't anything unusual with the fluid. Ideas?
 


Moved to the 4T60 section. That should be the trans you have in the car. The 4T80 section may not get you the best responses.

Chugging etc when in 4th with TC lockup can be as simple as a dirty TB and being in need of a tune up. (plugs/wires/clean TB). Are all these items up to snuff on your car?

Yes. I will check the TB again, though. The motor is running perfectly. The trans has been doing this for a couple years. Intermittently.
