Can anybody help me out I have a 05 Chevy Impala Im in need for a l67 supercharged trans 2.93 gear ratio which year GTP has that gear ratio?

You will be far better off finding another 2005 impala ss 4T65E as a replacement, there are probably differences between all the different transmissions. I couldn't remember for sure if 2007 had a gtp version

Here is a search I did for you, I'm not sure how far any of these places are from you but I'm seeing 4 2005 Impala SS transmissions available in Virginia

there is no difference just grab any 04+ gtp trans and he will be fine. i replaced my trans years ago with a 2005gp gt for my impala ls years ago no probs was direct swap

now im replacing my trans again,im grabbing a 2011 trans from a lucerne for my 05 impala ls. swapping the gears to 3:29 and a quick retune(for the gear change) and ill be good to go

any 04-08 gtp trans should be a direct swap For him. It was for my impala dobt see why his will be any different

FWIW all 98+ with the right ratio are correct. 97 still used the circlip to hold the diff on the output shaft. After that they are all compression fittings and identical. It's the rest of the trans that makes a difference.
