Ford Probe Heater Core??

I've heard from multiple sources that you can use a ford probe heater core as the intercooler core, which I know is true. I just want to know which one is right as I have gotten two different results in measurements on rockauto. Also, will they hold up?
Edit: Basically, one is 1-5/8" thick and the other is 2" thick. Since it's a 2 inch core, I realize the 2" thick core would make sense, but the length and width are all different too.

If it is a zzp one it is from a 95 ford probe

Spectra Premium 93046 is the part number.

Zzp core I recored was a Mazda millennia heater core

Millennia one seems like its an inch shorter than a probe one. But for some reason rock auto shows a millennia one is 126 bucks where a probe one is 33. Maybe you mean mazda mx6...which was the mazda version of the probe. They use the same heater core.

USE THIS no sealant needed. reusable simply wipe down use again.. A bit expensive, cut your own

What is it made of and where do you get it? Its not garlock is it????

use the 1/32" thick (Fiberglass Fabric-Reinforced Silicone Rubber) X/by whatever. 70a Durometer. I got the 38" width but it looks like they reduced it 2 inches. I bought a foot and did 2 gaskets and have enough left over for a third. Make sure you got a sharp blade. Makes cutting easy after you trace.

The rubber isn't all it's cracked up to be. I tested this out when it was being looked at etc.

nope

had to recore a bolt together crappily sealed zzp stg2 ic....zzp sent me the core with the part number that crosses over only to the mazda millenia minivan. the second core i did i saved a ton by buying it from advanced auto parts with a coupon code.

for some reason i recall it was only the earlier non bolt together cores that were the probe core

I've only heard it's a ford probe core. James sniffs all kinds of dust and stuff. Who knows.

to be fair they were bolt together g5 cores
but i doubt theyd do anything ore than move the core over than to use a different core.

you can see how ****ty the zzp rtv job was on the core lol
iirc we had 4 vac leaks total, 3 external (you can see two clearly at the snout side), one to crankcase.

Bingo.. The Ford Probe number is on that core in your picture James.

Now.. do you happen to know what the core that WBS used for a while came from? Because.. I loved how it hung down in the intake and gave as much as it could.
