LIM disappointment



Update 2k on it since the coolant mishap and still running strong replaced o2 sensor and pulling 0kr with 930-940 o2 readings with 12 pounds of boost with a 3.3 pulley
 
Have you inspected the ported LIM for cracks? For flatness of the mating surfaces?

Post some pics of the ported LIM, from all angles, especially some good shots of the flanges (flats) where it meets the heads.

Aluminum in the LIM often gets pitted with age from coolant contact, and this can seep coolant around the LIM gaskets--even new gaskets.

Pitting can be fixed with a skim coat of epoxy and a flat orbital sander (like a "Mouse" sander).
