Running a 2.8 pulley on an uncooled l67 on e85



Dark Horse claims he has been running a similar setup for a while no issues. I think maybe just larger injectors ? 42s?
 
Probable 60# for 2.8 pulley just to get enough fuel.
Probable need fuel pump

Don't think you can go 2.8 without intercooler.
 


Very easy to do. You might want to put on a cam or some exhaust mods, and pull some timing, before you really try it, as well as the aforementioned fuel mods.
 
i'm running 60lb dekas with a walbro 450lph pump on rwd l67,at the moment i making 285 hp just wanted a lil bit more boost as it's only hitting 9psi

I'm running headers with 2.5 inch twin is1 system I also have 1.9 yt rockers and the blower has been ported on the lim part
 


With headers, injectors, rockers, fuel pump, and a good tuner it should be possible with a gen3 blower. Gen 5 will be pushing it with a 3.0. Ask me how I know.
 
Nah, I didn't have any problems, besides getting the POS aftermarket pump to have a secure line so my fuel pressure didn't bleed off.
 
E85, s1x cam, 60# injectors, tog headers, gen5, stock heads, 2.8 pulley, no IC.

(yes im spoiled with E85)
 


My economy with e85 hasn't changed in fact but ours is 106 octane v8 supercar spec stuff.

Mine suffered a bit. On Gas (E10 average) I can get about 25-26 mpg on at 70mph, E85 usually drops me to 20-22 mpg range.
