was coming home today from thanksgiving lunch and i sped up through an orange light right in front of a cop! i didn't even see him. my mom was following me so right after i went through the light i pulled over to wait for her. and i look in my rearview mirror and sure theres a cop turning around in the intersection and pulls behind me. long story short, i got a verbal warning. haha lesson learned, i guessed

he may have thought you knew you messed up and just pulled over. like a good citizen might do lol

ive f ed up in front of a cop in the past and just pulled over before the lights came on. i got a warning.

i drive a roll off truck, in my county the cops love to pull trucks over and write like 5 tickets at a time, all equipment violations. it was a holiday, i was the only truck on the road, i passed the cop on the side of the road, watched him pull out, so i just pulled to the shoulder, cop lights me up as im stopping. asked why i pulled over? im like you were gonna pull me over any ways right? hes like yup. i got 12 tickets. 1/2 were made up BS. tell me theres no quota to fill.

damn, 12? i hope they weren't like $500 a piece. that sucks a lot. the funny thing also is my dads a cop and i haven't told him yet haha

it was over a grand in tickets. they got wrote to the truck owners name, aka the co. not me, then soon after that they started to write them to the drivers, cause co were not paying the tickets, and with no lic to suspend wtf they gonna do?

that one and ladkas cookies...just like the famous Amos lol the whole crew is coked out. i may need to go watch that one now....

truth is theres not many that suck, that was a damn good show.

Speeding tickets are dumb as ****. About 2003 I got justifiably pulled over in Ohio for 103 in a 60 in my 2001 Firebird (officer said I was still accelerating but that's what he got officially), had a court appearance in my city (lucky they didn't impound the car) plead guilty and walked away with $436 USD fine. No points, no insurance increase.

Fast forward 10 years when I'm going duck hunting in a tiny Ohio town I've never been to, trying to find the docks, and I get pulled over for going 43 in a 25 when the speed limit dropped from 45 to 25 AS SOON as I crossed into a 1 stoplight town. $186 speeding ticket, mandatory court appearance 200 miles away form home for a misdemeanor, 3 points on my license, and insurance almost doubles.

We have 4 semi tractors and 5 trailers where I work. About a month ago, a co-worker had an inspection by the MN DOT. One of his violations was for a partially rubbed off vin sticker inside the drivers door. This was on a 2012 Freightliner Cascadia. There were 3 other minor violations.

they target commercial pick up trucks too. when i was roofing, i got 5 tickets, totaled 1200 bucks. it was up around 3 grand but got reduced.

i got loaded with potential to spill. aka open truck bed, nothing covered or tied down, BS ticket. 400 bucks.

then my registration was 4 days over due, so, no registration, 150 bucks.

now that ive got no registration im 100% over weight. i came in at 6800 lbs. that was like 2 grand right there, this one i got reduced in court.

then to make sure he railed me good, my trucks front tires stuck out past the fender flair by a 1/2 inch, another 180 dollar ticket.

then he nailed me for miss use of registration and improper lettering. i had no comm plates, yet it was lettered. another 200.

Been there done that.. Was on my way to thanksgiving in nd, and I turned onto a highway type thing, just put tunes pcm in and thought I would step on it, it goes from 45 to 65.. I just turned and stepped on it good and before I knew it I was going 60 in a 45 and a sheriff was sitting on side of road just watching didn't pull me over I'm assuming it's because road goes to 65 in about a mile.
