P0141 code

Ok I know this is not my GP but there are a lot of smart folks here. Same engine, not sure if same # of O2 sensors. My 2000 suburban the threw a P0141 code a week or 2 ago when it got cold so I cleared it yesterday and drove it around to see if it returns. Before I so any testing. It's the rear O2 sensor on the drivers side. Wondering if it can randomly throw this code or is the O2 sensor on the way out? 156000 miles.

Thanks for your thoughts.

with all the o2's those trucks have. its best to just change the pair on that bank. they are located in the exhaust pipes under the exhaust manifolds. pre cats.

check rock auto they seem to be about the cheapest for ac delco sensors. where i got the 2 for my friends 04 3500 Chevy truck with a 6.0.

if you just change one of them its a crap shoot cause it maybe the other one thats bad.
