Car slipped on the jack as a result got a small hole in the pan. Best way to fix it, I have read that JB weld will work for awhile. How about pan replacement anyone do the job. I would rather not pull the pan. I also have a rack leak to.
 


The pan replacement isn't too bad if you have a way to lift the engine a little bit. JB weld works too but you use JB weld on a very coarse prepped surface and then I'd do fiberstrand body filler over that with urethane sealant to seal it all up.

I have an engine hoist, so I can lift it up. What do you mean by fiberstrand body filler. You mean the bondo with the fiberglass hair in it.
