Well he had to be high to get out of the car to start **** on a racetrack
how can they prove he was high at the time? it's nearly impossible.
maybe he had it in his system, but that doesn't at all mean he was high out on the track.
They're saying with the levels found in his blood, it was enough to be impaired at the time....
blood stream levels only last for a few hours.

What do you mean how can they prove it?? That is why they do a toxicology report so they can understand what was in the person's system.
If they had found out he had a BAC of 0.10 after he got killed there would be no question of whether he may have been impaired during the race. Just because it was marijuana doesn't change anything.
Not really; it's called small man syndrome.
Probably and obviously had a short fuse.
Don't have to be baked to throw a five year old temper tantrum.
I do it daily on the drive home.
blood testing would be a good way to tell as that only lasts a few hours normally, max of a full day. urine tests are usually good for a month. hair tests are good for a few months, maybe a little more.
it also depends on the frequency in which you partake. if you never smoke, do it once...you can be clean in a matter of a couple days urine wise.
i'm just saying that coming from someone who's been around the block, just because it was in his system somewhere doesn't mean he was currently being affected by it. on all accounts they're going to hold it against him because this is america and he's guilty until proven innocent.
you dont know how the drug tests work these days... you smoke pot even if you never smoked it before in your life, your piss, hair, and saliva are turning out a positive for 90 days and up. seen it happen. it dont show a level per say, just that its there. its not beer or booze where is can be metered.
theres no real way to tell if he was "high" at the time. pot is not beer. tomorrow morning its still in your system, and stays there. so even if never smoked before but smoked 30 to 90 days ago, hes still dirty.
chances are he was a pot smoker. id like to think hes not hitting a joint right before a race, but anything is possible.
im really surprised they dont do drug testing even at that level of the sport. nascar drug tests all the drivers.
i knew a guy back in the day, was on probation, but was selling crack still, had piss tests weekly, he was out of jail for 1 week, the first test he came up dirty, not cause he did coke or crack....he only touched it.
so he came up dirty for coke from handling crack bare handed. hows that for some sh it?
Not really hahahe was on probation for selling, so yeah, not to smart in the first place.................some make a left, so a right turn in life. 50/50 shot where you land.
