starting a top swap on a 2000 gp l36 still collecting parts

this project started as a intake manifold gasket change out to an l26 intake manifold swap. then at the junkyard looking for a l26 manifold i found a 1999 GTP. that made my decision easy to do a top swap. unfortunately someone before me had taken some parts off the engine before i could get to it!!

here's l67 stuff i was able to grab from the junkyard:
*heads
*valve covers
*m90 but missing the bolts! :th_angry2:
*boost valve
*lim w/bolts
*coil mount and coils
*map sensor with bracket and vacuum hose from map to "T" on LIM
*idler standoff with hardware
*brake booster hose
*throttle body with all sensors attached
*digital dic- update 9/20/14- installed the dic and it works great. my car didnt have the connector in the dash so i had to do some splicing....

UPDATE 9/23/14 have harmonic dampner, both idler pulleys with bolts, tensioner with pulley and unicorn nut and belt. 2002 gtp fuel rail and injectors showed up today too.
on order-evac purge valve hose

things i can source/have/can find easily:
*off the shelf tuned pcm (looking at overkill and intense) anyone with either of these tuned pcms from either of these companies?
*top swap installation kit from zzp (comes with gaskets, crank bolt, rocker bolts etc)
*sensor extension kit from zzp
*put together my own vacuum lines ( found a dorman rubber tee to use on the FPR and gonna use hard emisson line to have a factory looking vacuum line setup.)
*now i'm looking at some obx headers....

I'm at a disadvantage on this swap since the car had been pirated before i got to it but i feel i got most of the components. i've been reading for about 5 hours this evening and i feel i've read enough to then ask you guys for some help. so, what other parts do i need besides what i've listed and where can i find them?? thanks in advance! :D

update 9/24/14- looks like the only thing i'm lacking are the supercharger bolts themselves. anyone have the sizes of them all or where i can get a "kit"? i have the LIM bolts just not the UIM/supercharger bolts

Take a bench grinder to any ol 15 mm nut for your unicorn nut and make the head a 13 mm. Works great.

Vaccuum hoses just set up your own with line and T's from the parts store.

Also if you get an l32 map sensor it will just plug into your wiring harness and you don't need to adapt it at all.

You can use your stock throttle body. l67 isn't much different, but if you got it cheap at a JY then kudos.
Coils are the same as well.

No problem. Just did a topswap on my bonnie last august. So most of this stuff is fresh in my mind. Pop over to my build thread in members rides, might have some other stuff about it as well.

The pulley bolts should be normal thread. IIRC the only reverse thread is the alternator tensioner. The pulley's are standard pullies that you can find info on in the Common Parts and goops thread. Pretty sure the tensioner pulley is a 2.5" like the stock alt tensioner pulley, the front most one is ribbed and also 2.5", then the idler is 3"

just need to figure out what tuner to use- overkill or intense and what headers to get. i'm leaning toward the stainless obx and leave the factory catback system alone. i've read the crossover tube on the obx headers has to be cut but i can handle that. small price to pay for a cheaper set of stainless headers.

update 9/24/14 ordered the obx headers. :)

Return the OBX headers, they're garbage, speed daddy's are cheaper and easier to install and are also stainless....

Any news on the m90 bolt sizes? All the stickied thread said was bolt head size. I need to know length, dia, pitch etc

Gen3 L67 supercharger bolts
M8x1.25x??? (1)
M8x1.25x??? (1)
M8x1.25x80 (1)
M8x1.25x45 (7)

This is what I could find. on 3800pro.

try sending a PM to SSEILMNOP he sells IC kits with bolts, so he should have a good idea of what those bolt sizes are. If not just ask him what size bolts his ic kits use and take off 2.25"
