so recently my car was beat on by hail... I just came across a 97 GTP for $450 and I am just wondering which parts will work with my 02 GTP?

mostly want it for the body... maybe a the dash trim if its not broken like mine...
 


IIRC theres very few other parts that don't fit but can't remember. I only know this cause I had a 97 and i had to watch out for a few things regarding the bodies.
 


The truck/deck lid is not longer. The unibody never changed.

The deck lid mounting brackets changed after 99-00. I run have a 99 lid of my 00 car and they were different.
 
IDK man I bolted up an 01 decklid on my 97 and went to close it and it hunger over 1/2 too far. The car is gone now so I could care less lol
 
I thought you could slide them back and forth and sideways a bit to adjust them before you tighten the bolts all the way
 


PCM/harness and some sensors/brackets and some small crap are different.

Body wise yes, everything is the same.
