Getting a new Grand prix GTP.. Had a few questions..

Hello all, I use to have a nice Grand prix GT, then a GTP and it ended up needed junked but I plan on purchasing one in the near future.
I was wondering if anybody had any write ups on what mods I should do to get fairly high numbers and still keep it a nice DD?
Right now I have a 2010 hyundai genesis coupe and my 3800 knowledge began to dwindle.. Where should I start if I pick up a nice, low miles 97-03 GTP? I understand the 04-08 has the gen v but I like the body style of the 97-03..
possible coil-overs or suspension upgrades?

I was thinking about a 2.5" downpipe and a 2.5" catback exhaust, True CAI, 180 Tstat, Headers and tuning it with HPTuners.. Not sure of the numbers that i'd be looking at but right now my car has 210 hp factory and not much torque for being a 4 cylinder turbo..
All the help would be appreciated.. Thanks!

Hola Tooonerville guy,

Stock is the best DD, maybe a tune etc. If you are wanting to mod and have it be reliable, it's going to take money and a lot of holding back from pressing the fun pedal.

Thanks bill haha.
Yeah I dig what your sayin, what is that link for "safley modding your 3800."?
it was a whole write up, cant find it :(
