2001 Grand Prix GT Upgrade

lol sorry its just when you 10 different people tell me what to do i have a lot of ideas jumbled around the supercharger is already purchased i'll keep the same exhaust i just replaced the res with a glasspac nothing hard to do it runs better i got 0-60 to show forth the improvement on my i-pods stopwatch if true duels are a bad idea then fine i wont use them but the supercharger is going on its already rebuilt i paid the guy some extra cash to have it rebuilt so i dont have to worry about it once it arrives but yeah im gunna put it on no matter what.
 


you need heads, lim, the blower, throttle body, a few idlers, a tensioner, the crank pulley..you know what youre getting yourself into?

i hope you know how to work on cars, homie.
 
you need everything heads and up from the supercharged motor, a few pullies, the crank, a MAP, fuel rails, injectors....

i think i might be missing something, but it seems complete to me.
 


lets put it like this i helped a friend swap injectors and tops only and run his but a kit is only 835 ill have it eventually but i want to know have you ever raced and had someone wreck there car? what did or would you do?
 
Basically sunday night i raced this chick and right after the race i got in front of her and started slowing down as did she. well i had a donut on my car cause im lacking a rim which should be here today but i took a corner at about 48 mph and my rear end slid i corrected it and as i corrected my slide i went past a van. well the person i raced slid like me but doesnt know how to drive evidentally and nailed the van. It knocked her out and she stayed on the gas pedal only to go over 3 curbs and into someones yard hitting their front porch. My friend in the passenger seat was like "KEEP GOING DONT GO BACK." i was like stfu im going back and went back. I broke the windshield out by punching it cause all her doors were locked. long story short i got a drag racing ticket(losing license no matter what) and glass in my hand which i need to get out lol. So im asking has this ever happened to anyone or did you just keep going. And what would you have done if you were in my situation. The deal is she knew me. we go to school together and i didnt know if she'd spit it out about me
 
if i knew her i would have gone back.

if i didnt know her i would have kept going...maybe. the van guy may point out the both of you anyway.

street racing tickets are nothing to take lightly. they are pretty serious.

drag racing

the 60 in a 45 was bs i came off highway and was slowing down from 65 and he pulled me over 1/2 mile from where it happened so i was pist especially cause it was a brand new 2008 trail blazer with 800 miles on it i mean i didn't do anything wrong in it and that **** happened but yeah.

so thats four tickets in one year which means automatic 30 suspension reguardless of court outcome lol
 
damn, you need to slow down.

ive had my 105 in a 55, but there is no need to go that fast to me anymore. maybe ive grown up a little since then.
 
As already said I would'nt race with a doughnut on ,as far as installing a supercharger please do a little research because I believe you would be getting in over your head unless you have a mechanic friend or relative,I would'nt worry about the transmission too much if you would learn to drive a little less extreme .Chico.
 
Hmm...racing on a doughnut... :p. Which brings me to my next question, do you have an extreme case of A.D.D?

You did the right thing, sucks to get the ticket, but now you don't have to worry about your money problem.

If the girl was cute I'd be looking for some, "You know I saved your life" lovin! If not have her talk to some of her cute friends about how you saved her even though you knew you'd be in trouble, chicks dig that!
 
yeah i tried talking to her lol but nothing happend and when i talked to her bf he laughed at the fact she wrecked so i laughed to.

On a different note when i do my top swap on mt gt into a gtp i can get everything except a cam so im good i think lol i also want to know if i need new injectors cause people said that the gtp one are longer so if i need them i need to know you know what i mean? thanks again guys and gal lol
