seafoam in a higher mileage engine. Good or bad idea?

Our GP just rolled 233,xxx miles. I was thinking about doing a seafoam treatment since its over due for plugs and wires. If I decide to do it, I'll probably be using the vac line under the s/c snout instead of the brake booster line unless you guys think it will be ok. From my searching, some say the brake booster line is ok, while others say to use the vac line under the s/c snout.
But my main question is will the seafoam treatment through the vac line be a good idea for our car with so many miles? Is it going to hurt anything? I just dont want to damage anything. I already have about $700 worth of parts (junkyard parts/ used) to get and try to do myself. So I dont want to risk it if the treatment may do more harm than good. Which is why I decided to ask you guys first.

Ask yourself, what are you trying to accomplish with it?

Cleaner pistons?
Cleaner intake tract?

Ehhhhh do your oil changes.. run enough fuel through it and ....drive on.

i used it with over 200,000 miles. she smoked like a pig.

i used the brake booster line. did a lim job after the fact and the rotors looked fine.

In your fuel and through vac line if you want...but I would never reccomend putting the stuff in your oil/crankcase

i have a commercial drivers lic. so im trying to keep it points free these days.

trust me, ive acted a fool and caught plenty, i've racked up like 48 points on my lic over the years. all came and gone. most at one time was 18. they take it at 12 lol i was getting busy living before they took it away lol
