No hazards or turn signals help!

Hey guys on my 94 Pontiac Grand Prix, I have no turn signals or hazards. So I changed out my turn signal/hazard switch and checked all of my fuses. All of the fuses are still good and still no turn signals or hazards. Is there another relay or switch somewhere or could it be the round switch in the steering column. Please Help!!!

There is the flasher module. It's usually a round thing under the dash. Look up the part on rockauto to get an idea what it looks like.

I bought one the other day and it still doesn't work
