Fixed your pictures.

Looks clean.

Just take the direct link and click the insert picture on the tool bar above where we type, next to the globes and film reel, then click paste from URL and uncheck the box and click okay.

Thanks for fixing my pictures. I tried the link as you suggested "direct" but got an error message from this site. Maybe it was a fluke. I will try it again next time.
