Anyone know where to find a good racing seat/brackets for 97-03 Grand Prix?

Title pretty much says it. I've done some searching but came up dry. Couldn't find any on Corbeau's site either.

Thanks!

I got Corbeau GTIIs in my car and modified the stock brackets to work with them. If I remember later I'll throw up some pics.

Or just dig up my build thread. I think there's some in there.

That'd be great! Especially if you can show a pic of the bracket if it isn't too much trouble. I am hoping to fab. something up.

Here is what I did and used.

I also used a stock bracket, Took off parts not needed. I used Kindorf channel, spring nuts and bolts. Then took some light weight sheet metal, painted it and used it to hide the bracket.

That setup looks Bad@$$!! Maybe I'll just have to go the custom route as well. Plenty of spare drivers brackets at the local junkyard.

THX!!

Just to let you know the rear channel is 1 1/2". Front is 3/4". Did higher in rear to make seat more straight then leaning back.

You can try to look for a base model with a manual drivers side slider assembly and start with that. I made a billet plate to bolt a Kirkey road race seat too the manual slider assembly.

Not a bad idea. I'll keep an eye out for one and maybe that is the route I can end up going with. Have to find out which seat I will go with as well. I liked the Corbeau I used to have.
