Help with 2006+ seat swap into 1998 seat belt issues

I got some seats from a 2007. I am having trouble with hooking the seat belts up. I notice on ebay that the seat belt retractors are different for the 2006+ models. Will the retractors from the new cars bolt into my 98? or does someone know of a solution to hook my current retractors to the 2007 seats?

Also is the wiring different on the newer seats? .
 


You need to either reuse your current seat belts and retractors or get the complete set of seatbelts and retractors from the 07 and attempt to use them. You cant mix and max there specific to the car you pulled them from. Make sense?
 
That makes sense for the rears. My specific problem is on the fronts, where the retractor connects to the lower part of the seat. All the threads I saw no body mentions any seat belt issues.

This. You NEED to reuse the buckles off the (in your case) 98... And bolt them to the seat from the newer gp...
 
I just wnet on ebay and ordered belts from a 97 and kept the buckles from the 07 on the seat you could try Junkyard as well
 


04 and 05 are different from the 06+ seats, the retractors are different part #'s.

Has anyone here put 06+ seats in a 97-03?
