As long as you aren't worried about possibly wearing the 2nd clutches a little extra and based on seeing the 2nd pack in many of these transmissions, I wouldn't be worried.

Is it good, obviously the trans has an issue.

Don't goose it too hard off the line. Easy on the gas into/through second gear should keep it plenty drivable. Getting it fixed could include a multitude of things.

Another issue came up...is there any way that its not the transmission because i don't really feel it slipping at all. What happened today is the car won't even start now. Its in park and it clicks a lot and wont start. Then it won't click at all the next try. Battery is fine and fully charged. I'm guessing the not being able to shift into first gear could be electronically related?!

wtf is up with this car lol. Almost ready to sell it haha

Well clearly you have a problem, time to start digging.

Why not actually unbolt all grounds and clean them and put them back together instead of just saying they are fine. Have someone try and turn the car over while you look at the starter and see if any wires are shorting, hit it with a hammer. Or use a DMM on the battery and turn it over, if volts just drop off like crazy, you have a battery issue.

I am going to look into it a little further tomorrow. Can't believe these 2 problems happen at once, they gotta be related in some way. Should the car be able to still start in 2nd or 3rd gear? Maybe it just won't start because of that i dont know

ended up being just the pcm thank god. I had an extra laying around don't know how that happened.
