20% all around would look fine and not appear super dark. Avoid doing the gay legal thing and sticking within the state laws and for the love of god please don't mix and match the %. Don't drive like a douche and roll down your windows when you need to and I'm sure you'll be fine.

What I do, roll my windows down. Lol its inconvenient but effective. I saw a gp 2dr black with like 5% on the back and 2 smaller side windows and nothing on the others and it looks goofy.

What I do is.. Drive normal.. I have never been pulled over for my tint. Don't drive like a douche and I'm sure that police man won't think twice about it.

In michigan, it's illegal to have any tint on the front side glass besides the stupid banners on your front windows.

Yep. Those would be considered the front windows.

Because I cant decide to keep mine or find another and no need to paint twice when it already looks good mismatched;) It will be done by my uncle though when i finally decide haha

And yup Michigan is strict, but it says back windows can be as dark as you want, front windows can only have the 4in strip across the top which looks dumb!

Yeah, I got pulled over Thursday for mine and the officer was telling me how you can only have a 4 inch strip on the sides, which is so stupid looking. He said my car looked good, but he still gave me a ticket? Da hell?

Thats Michigan police for you. Say contradicting things. Got pulled over for my tinted tails and he goes if someone is texting and driving or putting on makeup then you are at fault. That is contradicting because it would be apparent that they weren't even looking and were doing that and would admit to it. Obviously the first thing you think of isn't tinted tails, and my tail lights would be busted so you wouldn't even know. Im just going to lighten them up a whole lot even though they were completely visible before

Yep, they are I got pulled over while visiting MI once for tint by small town cop. The ohio plates, rego, insurance, and drivers license asks if I live in ohio and if iv ever got pulled over for it before I said yep live in ohio 3 years no problems with it and hes like have a nice day.

Its so dumb how they are sometimes. Like he gave me the ticket and after asked if i had other tail lights. I was like i do and he was like oh its only a fix-it but still was dumb. I drive past multiple stations and officers and never had that problem until he stopped me

It's only certain towns by me. The police chief in one town told me he doesn't care about tint, just drugs mainly. So the whole police force their doesn't even mess with you. I don't get it at all haha

Well taking a quick break from studying as i finish up my first year this week, but got a sd hood now instead of the f1! pics to come later :)
