Spyders are the crappy one piece projector with halos. OE is new stock style. Retros are projectors put into stock housings. You can buy new OE style for 60 bucks ish shipped on ebay. Good luck getting rails.

Wouls be something good to learn. You can save a bunch by shopping around online for parts ebay, amazon, rockauto, partsgeek. I only ever go to the parts store when its something I needed yesterday or when I break or forget something like a tstat gasket.
