bumper clips

How do the clips that hold on the rear bumper cover work? I can't figure how to get them out lol and I can't see the other side of them because of the shape of the actual bumper

talking about the 3 clips/pins w.e they are that hold the rear fascia to the actual bumper

Push pins? You pull out the center pin and the whole thing will slide out. A pair of side cutters works good to pull them up (don't cut them though)

I'd put a bit of grease in the center pin and outsides if it goes through metal, some do on certain areas of the car and get real hard to remove after a while.

just to make sure, we are talking about the same thing right? they go from underneath the car up through a bracket/loop that comes off the fascia and then through the metal bumper. cant really get a good look at them other than the head which looks like it has a round head and a washer. quite a lot of dirt around there so I can't really tell what theyre made of either lol

is that it? it doesnt really look like taht to me underneath the car but like i said its hard to see them clearly lol

Good deal.
You can tell there is 4 of them.
If you need a replacement, places like Oreillys or Autozone have substitutes that work, if not tighter

alright well, I got a picture

doesn't look like what I've found for what's supposed to go there and still not sure how to get it out..lol

C'mon man, that center part pulls out separately, which lets the inner tabs move inward, then the whole thing will pull out. That one isn't even holding anything down.

It's not. Not yet. Get side cutters and wedge the center part in between the cutters, and close it until it touches the clip, then pull down and on an angle back and forth. It will come out.

aight I'll go ham on it and get it out even if it breaks haha, ill fix the crack in the bracket and get a new clip if need be

sorry for being dumb but pulling it didnt seem to get me anywhere and I cant see the other side to see how it works

No biggie, but we're not lying to you, these things are all over the car and nearly everyone who has ever worked on a car has removed one.
