Looking at another w-body



Actually you gave me a good idea. I found this not to far away from me for a good price, just needs some new clearcoat on rear 1/4 panel. Already called and talked to the guy. Engine and transmission are in good shape. Wife said I could get it. So fingers crossed its still there when my taxes come in at the end of the week. I would top swap it or just go turbo with the left over money from the amount she said i could use.

screw autotrader craigslist is full of wbodies........ under 1k is pretty easy to find if your willing to buy one with a blown engine or trans, if your modding anyways why not?
 
I have $5k total budget, which is not much if I buy a w-body with a blown motor or bad tranny, plus i havd surgery on my back last year and have limited lifting abilities. So a good running w-body is best for me. Then I can mod it later. But I want a Monte or a Impala. Those are the only 2 my wife said I could get. She wont let me get another GP because of how hard it is for me to get out of it.
 


Drove 250 miles to Joplin, MO last night and got my w-body......98 Buick Regal GS with 125k miles on it. Picked it up for $3200. No rust on it at all. INterior is in great shape. Engine and transmission are running good too. Will post pictures when I find my stupid camera.
