So what stock Bose do you have ??
I was told the bose speakers mixed with aftermarket make it sound crappy.

So what do you suggest ?
Keeping my front 5 1/4 and getting aftermarket 6x9's ?
Will the aftermarket speakers work with the bose amp ?
I am keeping my head unit...it's the factory one.
I have 4 gtps as you can see in my pic. Some have stock systems some have a aftermarket system. And no cheap stuff not high end either but mid range stuff. Polk audio for highs, old school rockford fosgate amps and hx2 subsOk...thanks for your input...much appreciated.
I pretty much got f***ed out of 95 bucks...glad it wasn't 295.
So you suggest all new ?
Someone else in another forum suggested new front speakers a cheap amp and 2 10" subwoofers....he said having rear speakers isn't real important.

How do you figure stock will sound better than aftermarket? From my experience stock speakers are cheap mexico made garbage. Even some crappy pioneers I got from Amazon sounded 10x better than stock. It is completely up to you. Just in my opinion stock will sound better then aftermarket speakers. Either stay stock or go aftermarket you're choice. As I said if you don't plan to do a system stay with stock great sound quality and bass. If you do decide to add a sub go aftermarket since they don't bring out the bass and lower notes as good as the bose do. Again you're choice and what youre budget allows.
