No Remote start after new BCM?

I had my car taken to a local GM dealership today to get my BCM check out since I was having a Service Vehicle Soon message in my DIC. After they swapped out the bad BCM with a "New" BCM they could not get my remote start to work. I tried to remote start it myself when I got home and I got a message saying it was "Disabled" on my DIC. I figured the dummies forgot to enable it in the "Personal Preference" options in the DIC. As I scrolled though the options I never came across the Remote Start option as before.?. My question is: Did they give me the wrong BCM? or is there a way to reprogram it to work?

I know you can not remote start if you have any doors/trunk/hood/etc open or if you have a CEL light on. I have none of these issues. Any help on this would be great!
 


I got my appointment for tuesday morning. I was going to try to install the ZZP pcm this weekend but I think I'm going to wait until the get it right. I'm guessing they got the 2 pink ignition wires wrong or didnt hook both of them up. Do the grand prixes with factory remote start have different BCMs than ones without remote start? If they gave me the wrong BCM I am going to LMAO for about three hours while they fix.
 
There is an option in the list for enabling the auto start in the personal programming section, and if programmed correctly, it will be there. Make sure all SES lights are clear, or it is automatically disabled.
