Dang that's a good time, I ran a 13.88 with the same setup in a grand prix, higher DA though, about 13.5 corrected.
 
gawd i suck and drag strips

my mods the last time i went were

3.25" pulley, 42.5# injectors, racetronix pump and rewire, headers, nic cam, and a canned tune

i ran a 13.9 @ 102

im sure the two main contributing factors were the canned tune and floppy rear shocks.
 
also consider: a) i'm top swapped, b) 3.29 gears, c) the 96 Z has at least 100 lbs advantage over the GP's your trap is deff higher then min was.
 
Harder to launch with 3.29's, honestly.

I ran consistant high 13's with just 1.84 rockers, downpipe, 3.5", intake, and some other small crap.

Full weight car.
