ZZP U-Bend Delete: Proper Installation?

Hi,
I recently got a U-Bend Delete, but it came with no instructions on how to install it. I think I've figured it out, but it would be helpful if someone could confirm that I have it positioned right before I hand the job off to the guys at the exhaust shop. Smooth flange gets welded onto the back of the catalytic converter, the O2 sensor opening faces the passenger side of the car, the shaped bracket faces down to catch the exhaust hangers, and the back flange gets bolted to the resonator. At least that how I think it works.

how much would a exhaust shop charge to install the U bend delete? I dont have access to welder nor do I know how to work one currently.

Call around. I started my search on Yelp and read google reviews about shops for quality of work/value, then called. In chicagoland area, that'd be under $100 for sure. Probably closer to $60.
But you may be slightly rural and have less shops to call around too, idk.

the stock dp with cat has a U bend, its for the o2 to be safe i guess. its a restriction.
