Re: Kung Fu Panda NIC build,( E85 in the works, A/C Deleted)

How well did the Quiksteel work?? And are you going to use it to fill the EGR and the divot in the inlet?

Re: Kung Fu Panda NIC build,( E85 in the works, A/C Deleted)

I didn't think of that. and it works great! way better than job weld.

Re: Kung Fu Panda NIC build,( E85 in the works, A/C Deleted)

Gotcha. I'll probably be pulling mine tomorrow for the IC build, and grab some Quiksteel.

thanks. hoping everything turns out right when I fire it up. my main concern is the LS7 lifters. and vacuum leaks.

Re: Kung Fu Panda NIC build,( E85 in the works, A/C Deleted)

Vac leaks is always a pain at first startup well hopefully that's not a issue once you build compression you should be fine

I'm officially on e85 now. tuning through zzp, scanning and flashing with hptuners.

turbo tim sent me a base e85 tune to start with and we are scanning the car And I send it to him, he sends back the tweaks and so on.

I wasn't able to do a wot scan today. tires break loose on the highway now. it was damp outside. but the car has never broken the tires loose like that before. I'm talking just flat out spinning no traction at all.

car screams. I will post up speedo vids as soon as tuning is done and its nice enough outside.

also no KR on this base e85 tune either on the 2.8 pulley
