Has anyone ever used this. Is it an good upgrade?

Thank but I doubt they will work because bar is noticeably thicker and the bushings would not fit (I had a set laying around)I believe they all use the same brackets so trying using the ones that are currently on the car.
Go ahead and get polyurethane bushings and end links while you're at it, Energy Suspension makes great bushings and front end links, Moog for the rear links. They help you take advantage of the extra stiffness those bars offer.
Don Rome makes brackets too if you don't want to drill your strut towers for the bars.
The Dorman front sway bar doesn't add much handling advantage, but it's solid where as the GMPP front bar is hollow. I went with Dorman due to where I live. Lots of salt on the roads can eat those hollow bars, so I went solid just to be safe.
I would recommend an Addco bar.
