Header Install ran into some problems

Ok guys ran into some problems with the headers... first off they are speed daddys I wanted to install everything to the front manifold to the rear was ok.. until.. the flex downpipe and o2 extension bolts were all rusted any ideas on takin em off? Could I pull the whole assembly out?

PB Blaster and a torch are your best friend. Heat the bolt/nut for a minute or so, then soak with PB, repeat unti desired results are achieved.

And yes, you should be able to pull the whole rear section out, though it is much easier pulling it out 1 piece at a time.

I used a hack saw and cut mine in half.

Where did you used the hack saw at?
Down near the flex? Or a little up close the o2 extension
