will fuel pump out of a sc car work ib a na car



I have a 1999 think the sc pump is out of a 2002. The pump out of the 2002 was in a car that hit something very hard. Motor was pretty much under the dash the long bars that have springs on them are broken out of the plastic housing was just going to swap pump motors but the one out of th sc car has a little black line that the na car dosent have. Any ideas

I think you right, I pulled a 02 GTP fuel pump and it was different then my 97 and 98 GTP, maybe they changed it when the converted over to the plastic tanks

Easiest way to tell is to pull the cover of the fuel pump access area in the trunk and see if the plugs and connections are same/different
