I was thinking about that. And fuel costs because I have a couple friends that went to school for mechanics. I know what I got in the gp and I can make it a fun car so it makes more sense. Thanks a bunch

i was looking at trucks before getting my gp.. and then i searched gxp just for fun and there was one 20 miles away... i still had 2 years of school left in the city so it made sense to get a car instead of a gas hog.

I got a buddy that can tune a 12 valve cummins to get 24 highway which is really good for a 3/4 ton truck

I would stick with the car. And I went with the 3" exhaust (which I am getting installed tomorrow) which is made mostly for turbo cars. I am looking into the z7 turbo for my car in the next year or 2. So when that time comes I will probably have some zzp stainless headers up for sale since they are not TOG style :/

Well good luck with your build. Lemme know how the exhaust sounds. I've been looking at a PLOG and hv3 and a downpipe and overkill.

So here goes nothing. I can't remember where I left off. So I'll stArt here. Pretty much right after getting the car right after I dipped my wheels. I wrecked the car avoiding a deer hit the curb and blew the tire off the rim

This was summer right after a detail and I painted my cross braces those will be redone this spring. I'm done with the blue theme.

I ended up getting gm strut tower braces and DR brackets for a steal on here. So that's on my mods. I also have the power stop brake kit now that I love. I also have no pics of when the car was a rally prix. It had rally armour mudflaps and I didn't like the look so I gave them away.

These are from today I was messing with my new go pro.

Now for the plans. I have ls6 springs. Just bought l32 fail rails and injectors. The plan is to top swap. And I will get some 1.9s maybe headers down the road if I find a cheap pair. I have my dp so it's all in the parts collecting stage right now and it'll happen when I have more money.
I tried several times to get away from this car but I can't and something keeps calling me to it. Anyway. Ride thread updated lol. I'm sure I have missed something stuff. Also the car has 78k on it. And I just keep up on my maintenance. I have a mysterious brake fluid leak somewhere and one of my stock tranny cooler lines is weeping. Levels fine I keep an eye on it.

Also plan to get switchbacks for my gay turn signals. I don't feel like installing fogs
