This is legit wood working lol. I'll be sanding to about 400 grit. 80, 120, 280, then 400. Then assembling. Then rails and stiles on the front to cover up the dados and burnt sides. Then making a routed top for it and putting trim or whatever it's called along the bottom. Then staining.looking good man. do you know if oyu rogoing ot stain it or not?
Honestly have no idea. I don't keep track of that lulz. I leave that up to everyone else. And thanks! I'll show you guys when it's done. It's going to look very good. Making a dvd cubby thing.
Call it a Blu Ray case to appease Bill...lolSaw what you are making and didn't know what purpose it had. DVD's ahhhh how 90's of ya!
I hate sanding. This is going to take a while lol.
I am! This isn't my first rodeo lol. It still takes a long time though.pro tip, sand it all first, then put it together. sanding boxes sucks so much. its hard to run the with the grain in the tight corners.

Oh, trust me. I know. I couldn't imagine sanding it all by hand. However, it takes time because great sanding results in a great finish.palm sanders rule.

When you sand something like what I'm making that's not really a good tool. Especially since I sand up to 400.what about a power sander or belt sander
